A 35-year-old Lincoln woman has been arrested and charged with assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest, DUI, and other offenses after an incident on Tuesday afternoon. Eliana Rosas was pulled over on suspicion of drunk driving and allegedly became combative, ripping the officer's microphone and body camera from his vest before being taken into custody.
