The Oakes Tornados began their season with a 6-5 win over the Sargent County Bulldogs in a close game played on a rare warm March evening. Oakes jumped out to an early 3-0 lead, but the Bulldogs rallied late, scoring 5 runs over the final three innings before the Tornados held on for the victory.
