An 18-year-old man from Milnor, North Dakota, suffered serious injuries and two others sustained minor injuries in a car crash on Highway 13 in Richland County on Sunday afternoon. The North Dakota Highway Patrol reported that a car crossed the center line and struck an oncoming pickup truck.

According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, the crash occurred when a westbound car crossed the center line on Highway 13 west of Mooreton and struck an eastbound pickup truck. The 18-year-old driver of the car was seriously injured and transported to Essentia Health in Fargo. The occupants of the pickup truck suffered minor injuries and were taken to Sanford Health in Fargo. The crash remains under investigation.
