Bismarck Legacy defeated Fargo Shanley 4-1 in the North Dakota boys hockey state tournament quarterfinals. The Sabers, the West Region No. 2 seed, overcame a slow start to rally past the East Region No. 3 Deacons. Legacy forward Ben Garlie scored two goals, including an empty-netter, to lead the Sabers.
