Polk County jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the first inning, but East Henderson battled back to take a 9-8 advantage in the top of the sixth. In the bottom half, Nate Fagan led off with a single before Waldbillig ripped a game-tying triple off the left-field fence. Two batters later, Jackson delivered the go-ahead RBI triple down the left-field line to give Polk County the lead for good.
