The North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles will open a new driver's license office in Leland, Brunswick County on February 9, 2026. The office is one of four additional DMV locations authorized under a 2025 state budget bill and will operate out of a temporary modular unit while the agency pursues a permanent site.
