Stephon De Jan Butler, 25, of Concord, was charged with one felony count of robbery with a dangerous weapon after allegedly stealing from a Dollar General store in Hamlet and threatening the clerk. Jacob Tray McKenzie, 29, of Rockingham, is accused of stealing $2,890 worth of items from the Walmart garden center in Rockingham, and also faces additional charges in Moore and Cumberland counties for other alleged thefts. Raymond Harvey Ingram, 59, of Rockingham, was arrested and charged with three counts of resisting an officer, misdemeanor larceny, and second-degree trespassing for allegedly stealing from a Refuel Store and Dollar General.

• On February 14, Butler allegedly stole from the Dollar General in Hamlet.
• On February 23, McKenzie allegedly stole from the Walmart garden center in Rockingham.
