Former University of South Carolina quarterback Todd Ellis will be inducted into the South Carolina Football Hall of Fame this spring. Ellis, who is the current play-by-play announcer for Gamecock football, set several program records during his playing career from 1986-1989, including the all-time passing yards mark.
