Cavella, a 307-home residential community at 2222 N. Tryon St. in Charlotte's North End, is now open for pre-leasing. Developed and managed by Fairfield and Bozzuto, the five-story community will introduce studio, one- and two-bedroom residences with elevated finishes and amenities to the intersection of NoDa and the emerging North End neighborhood in spring 2026.
