The American Farm Bureau Federation, in partnership with Farm Credit, is accepting online applications from entrepreneurs for the 2027 Farm Bureau Ag Innovation Challenge through June 5. The overall winner will receive $100,000 in startup funds, with additional prizes for the runner-up and finalists.

After the application period closes on June 5, 10 semi-finalist teams will be selected and announced on Sept. 2. The 10 semi-finalists will then pitch virtually to compete for a spot in the final four round. The final four teams will each receive $10,000 and participate in a live pitch competition at the AFBF Convention in January 2027 in Charlotte, North Carolina.
