A 37-year-old man has been arrested and charged with murder and firearm possession in connection with a Friday night shooting in north Charlotte that left 27-year-old Luis Fernando Hernandez dead. Police initially used K-9s to try and track the suspect since no one reportedly saw the shooting, but were able to make an arrest three days later.
