Season 23 of "Top Chef," dubbed "Top Chef Carolinas," premieres March 9 at 9pm on Bravo. The season features 15 chefs competing for a $250,000 grand prize, including two contestants from North Carolina - Brittany Cochran, executive chef at Stagioni in Charlotte, and Oscar Diaz, chef-owner at Little Bull, AAKTUN and TaTaco in Durham.
