Pace Runners, a final-mile logistics company, has officially moved into a new 46,000-square-foot industrial space at SilverPark North I in Charlotte, North Carolina. The facility is part of a larger 305,000-square-foot Class-A industrial park developed by M. David Properties and represented by JLL.
