No. 4 Duke defeated Boston College 67-49 at home on Tuesday night. Cameron Boozer had a double-double of 19 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Blue Devils, who jumped out to a 13-0 lead and never looked back. Duke led by as many as 18 points in the first half before coasting to the victory in the second half.
Why it matters
The win extends Duke's impressive start to the season, as they improve to 21-1 overall and 10-0 in ACC play. The Blue Devils are off to their best start since the 2007-08 campaign when current head coach Jon Scheyer was a player under Mike Krzyzewski.

Duke shot 60.7% from the floor in the first half to build a comfortable lead, but struggled in the second half, making just 31.8% of their shots. The Blue Devils also had just two turnovers in the first half but seven in the second. Boston College was never able to mount a serious comeback after falling behind early.
