Two Montana State University Extension trainers, Marley Voll and Jane Mangold, have been recognized by the MSU Extension Pesticide Education Program for their exceptional efforts in educating agricultural producers, land managers, and pesticide applicators on the proper use of pesticides to protect public health and the environment.

Voll, the former Richland County agriculture and horticulture Extension agent, received the 2025 Early Achievement Award for her exceptional efforts and impacts in pesticide education during the first five years of her employment with MSU Extension. Mangold, the MSU rangeland weed specialist, received the 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award for her exceptional efforts and statewide impacts in pesticide education over the past 17 years.
- Voll began working with MSU Extension in 2021 as the Rosebud/Treasure County agent before transferring to Sidney in 2022 as the Richland County agricultural and horticulture agent.
