Tongue River Electric Cooperative has selected Nick Oelkers as its new chief executive officer and general manager, effective April 22. Oelkers, a Culbertson native, brings a background in mechanical engineering and energy management to the role, previously serving as the director of engineering for Sheridan Electric Cooperative.
