After a dry and exceptionally warm winter, the Big Sky Fire Department and Big Sky Sustainability Network Organization (SNO) are hosting a workshop on April 8 to educate the community on wildfire resilience and mitigation strategies for the wildland-urban interface. The event is open to property managers, HOA leaders, realtors, landscapers, property owners, and other interested community members.

The third annual Owners Association Sustainability Workshop will be held at The Wilson Hotel in Big Sky. The event will run from 12:45 to 4 p.m., followed by a networking reception from 4 to 5 p.m. Tickets are $15 and available online. Staff from the Big Sky Fire Department, as well as Alpenscapes partners and neighborhood ambassadors, will lead the hands-on session, which is certified for continuing education credits through the Montana Association of Realtors.
