The Warren Central Lady Vikes softball team won both of its games at the Brookhaven tournament on Saturday, extending its winning streak to five consecutive games. In the second game, the Lady Vikes defeated Pearl 3-2 with a run in the bottom of the fourth inning.

In the second game against Pearl, Laney Bennett led off the bottom of the fourth inning with a double, was bunted to third, and scored on a two-out single by Anzley Keen to give the Lady Vikes a 3-2 lead. Bennett finished the game 2-for-2 with a run scored, while Emily Muirhead tripled in two runs in the third inning. Pitcher Pant threw a complete game, allowing six hits, three walks, and two runs while striking out three batters.
