The Howell County Sheriff's Office, in cooperation with the South Central Drug Task Force and West Plains Police, executed a search warrant at a residence in West Plains, Missouri, seizing approximately 416.5 grams of methamphetamine and 12 grams of psilocybin mushrooms. The suspect, 67-year-old Herbert O. Palmer, has an extensive criminal history and was on parole at the time of the investigation.
