The All-Mark Twain Conference boys basketball team for the 2026 season has been announced, as voted on by the coaches. Preston Kinyon of Chadwick was named Player of the Year, while Kyle Cavanaugh of Chadwick was named Coach of the Year. The first team includes players from Bradleyville, Everton, School of the Ozarks, and Chadwick.
