In the opener, freshman Kylie Pauls hit a two-run single in the bottom of the seventh inning to give Ridgewater the 12-11 win. Pauls went 3-for-5 with four RBIs, two runs, and two stolen bases in Game 1. She followed that up with a 1-for-2 performance with a triple, two walks, two runs, an RBI, and a stolen base in the 9-4 win in Game 2. Sophomore pitcher Nevaeh Rahm earned the complete-game victory in Game 1 and also picked up a relief win in Game 2, striking out 11 batters total across the two games.
