Roseau, Minnesota is once again offering its popular hybrid firearms safety classes, with an orientation and registration event on March 16th, self-paced online coursework to be completed by April 20th, an in-person Firearm Fundamentals session on April 20th, and a Range Day on April 25th (with a weather alternate date of May 2nd). The classes are open to students 11 years of age and older.
