According to a criminal complaint, on February 23rd, Aniya Keosongseng was working as a day care aide at the Milestones Early Learning Center when another employee called police saying she was having a 'panic attack'. When officers arrived, they found Keosongseng intoxicated, smelling of alcohol and slurring her words. Surveillance footage showed Keosongseng 'nodding off' while trying to dress a child, then picking the child up and falling backwards into a wall, allegedly slamming the child's head. Keosongseng then fell on top of the child while on the ground. Police said Keosongseng resisted arrest and bit an officer on the leg. A breathalyzer test showed her blood alcohol content was 0.356, over four times the legal limit for driving.
