Henry Ford Health has announced the transfer of a hospital in Madison Heights, Michigan to Warren-based Trillium Health Care Management. Trillium will oversee renovations to convert much of the building into a 75-bed inpatient behavioral health facility, with plans to expand to over 100 beds. Henry Ford Health will continue to operate and staff the hospital's 24/7 emergency department as a standalone site.
