A 52-year-old Newberg Township man was arrested and charged with receiving and concealing stolen property, possession of methamphetamine, and outstanding warrants. A 50-year-old Three Rivers woman, who was on parole for drug offenses, was also arrested and charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, maintaining a drug vehicle, and possession of a barbiturate.
