A 45-year-old man in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan has been accused of assaulting the same victim three times over the past two weeks. The incidents occurred on February 21, February 23, and February 25, when the suspect allegedly pushed the victim and nearly spat on them. Police arrested the suspect, Martin Vine, on Tuesday and charged him with three counts of assault.

According to the police report, on February 25, officers received a call about someone trying to spit on the victim in the 700 block of Wellington Street East. Investigators were also told the same person pushed the victim on February 21 and again on February 23. On Tuesday, police were called to the 700 block of Wellington Street East for a report of an unwanted person, at which point they located and arrested the suspect, Martin Vine.
