The second stop on I-94 in Van Buren County for a lane violation led to the discovery of 20 boxes containing 240 bottles of Promethazine Hydrochloride, a drug sometimes mixed with other substances and sold illegally. A 23-year-old Mishawaka man was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed weapon, and a passenger from South Bend was arrested and charged with receiving/concealing a stolen firearm.
