Area Agency on Aging Offers Free Diabetes Management Classes

The Area Agency on Aging is hosting free Diabetes PATH (Personal Action Towards Health) classes in St. Joseph, Cassopolis, and Niles starting in April. The six-week interactive workshops are designed to help individuals with diabetes or pre-diabetes improve their health and manage their condition.

The classes are open to individuals with diabetes or pre-diabetes, as well as their family members and caregivers. Class sizes are limited and pre-registration is required.
