The Holland Christian basketball team defeated South Haven 64-55 to win the Division district title on Friday, February 27. Senior guard Titus Spencer led the way with a game-high 30 points, including hitting a 3-pointer and converting a three-point play to help the Maroons pull away in the second half. Spencer also became the third player in Holland Christian history to reach 1,000 career points.

Early in the fourth, Spencer hit another 3-pointer and teammate Simon Grotenhuis scored on a fast break to make it 57-42 with 5:52 left, putting the game out of reach.
