After more than 30 years in East Lansing, Altu's Ethiopian Cuisine has opened a new location in Okemos, Michigan. The new restaurant, located next to Moka & Co, will serve the same dishes the original location is known for, as well as offer breakfast options. The soft opening took place on March 14, and the restaurant is now fully open to the public, operating seven days a week from 8am to 9pm.
