The project includes full street reconstruction, replacement of utilities, new lighting and signals, sidewalk updates, and the addition of a shared-use path and parking lanes.

The details

Phase 1 of the project, from Morrell Street to High Street, was completed in November 2025. Phase 2 is scheduled for completion in November 2026 and will focus on the section between High Street and South Street. Improvements include full street reconstruction, replacement of water and sewer utilities, new street lighting, updated traffic signals, reconstructed sidewalks and driveways, installation of a 10-foot shared-use path, and the addition of parking lanes on both sides of the street.
