Adult players invited to join the cause and skate for pediatric cancer

The LivSports 24 Hour Hockey Marathon Series is bringing its unique endurance event to Michigan State University on April 18-19, 2026. Adult hockey players of all abilities are invited to participate in 24 consecutive hours of hockey while raising funds for LivFree, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting children and families facing pediatric cancer.

The details

Players will be split into three ability groups and each receive around 7 hours of ice time at Michigan State's Munn Arena. LivFree will provide jerseys, gear, and food for all participants. The event will kick off with a special Opening Showcase on April 18 that will be open to the public.
