The Detroit Free Press has released its 2026 All-East metro teams for Michigan high school girls basketball, honoring the top players and coach from the region's top programs.

The All-East first team is led by captain Emersen Holder of Regina, along with Brooklyn Garavaglia of Macomb Dakota, Claire O'Brien of Utica Ford, Gabriella Gojcaj of Utica Eisenhower, and Eva Borowski of Grosse Pointe North. Utica Eisenhower's Madison Ristovski was named the All-East Coach of the Year.
