Firefighters from five departments responded to a fire that engulfed a mobile home in Columbia Township, Michigan early Sunday morning. The lone occupant escaped without injury, but the home suffered heavy damage as the fire appeared to have started on the front porch and spread throughout the structure.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
