Phase 3 of the $600 million project will add 280 residential units, most of them apartments, as well as a 119-room hotel and more commercial and retail space.

Phase 3 of the Rock Row development will include 280 residential units, mostly apartments, as well as 13 townhomes for sale. The phase will also feature a 119-room Element by Westin hotel and additional commercial and retail space. Developers are hoping to break ground on Phase 3 next spring and complete it by 2028.
