Infinite Computer Solutions, a global technology solutions provider, has launched a new Center of Excellence (COE) office in Dubai to support healthcare organizations using the Epic electronic health record (EHR) software platform. The COE is staffed by certified Epic analysts who can provide a range of services including customization, integration, and managed services to help Infinite's provider and payer clients maximize the value of their Epic investments.

The details

The Infinite COE will provide healthcare organizations with a variety of Epic-related services, including implementation, upgrade assistance, technical third-party integration, reporting, enhancement and optimization, and standardization. By using service-level agreement (SLA) metrics and a global workforce, Infinite aims to deliver results-based support that can significantly lower costs compared to traditional application support or U.S.-based services.
