Washington County Parks & Recreation has announced a series of exciting improvements coming to Woodland Way Park just outside of Hagerstown. The park's playground will be temporarily closed starting March 11 as crews remove the old equipment and install brand-new play structures, swings, and a climber/spinner. Additional upgrades planned for 2026 include a new pavilion and pathway repaving.
