Rayshaud Davon Shield, a 32-year-old from Upper Marlboro, Maryland, has been charged after allegedly striking a Maryland State Trooper with his Ford F-150 pickup truck. The incident occurred on the morning of February 1, 2026 on Branch Avenue near Moores Road in Prince George's County.
