Baltimore County community leaders have broken ground on a new community center called The EPICENTER at Parkville. The center will be developed in partnership with Mountain Christian Church and will transform the current VFW Post 9083 on Harford Road into a facility with a café, food pantry, showers, green space, and youth programming. The improvement plans were made in consultation with the Parkville community.
