The SPCA of Anne Arundel County is hosting its annual Hearts & Hounds event on Sunday, February 22, inviting residents to bring their dogs for a morning walk at Annapolis Mall while supporting animals in need. The event runs from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. and is designed as a relaxed, community-focused dog walk highlighting the heart-healthy benefits of having a dog.

Annapolis Subaru will also be on hand to make custom, fresh nametags for dogs.
