A 21-year-old man from Pittsfield, Massachusetts was arrested early Saturday morning and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger, a felony under Leandra's Law, as well as driving while intoxicated, after New York State Police conducted a traffic stop on Route 20 in New Lebanon.
