7 SouthCoast Boys Basketball Teams Qualify for 2026 Playoffs

Seven of the nine boys basketball teams from the SouthCoast region of Massachusetts have qualified for the 2025-26 MIAA playoffs. Wareham earned the highest seed at No. 1 in Division 4, while New Bedford is seeded fifth in Division 1 after winning its second straight Big 3 Conference title. Old Rochester captured a share of the South Coast Conference championship as well.
