The Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development (LHAND) held its 28th annual St. Patrick's Day Luncheon, honoring four individuals for their contributions to the Lynn community. The event, attended by nearly 200 people, raised funds for LHAND scholarships to be awarded later this year.

The event was emceed by State Rep. Dan Cahill and retired LHAND accountant Joe Scanlon, with LHAND Executive Director Charles Gaeta and Mayor Jared C. Nicholson also in attendance.
