Shawsheen Tech senior James Tildsley won his third MIAA All-State Wrestling Championship, while Tewksbury High senior Nick DeSisto captured his first title at the annual event held at the MassMutual Center in Springfield.

Tildsley, a 157-pounder, pinned four straight opponents to claim his third All-State crown, topping Marlboro junior Samuel Wilcox in the final. DeSisto, the top seed at 126 pounds, won his title with an 11-4 decision over second-seeded Dante Giusti, a Shawsheen Tech senior. Two other local wrestlers, Shawsheen freshman Gavin Lane (132 pounds) and Shawsheen senior Logan Holmes (190 pounds), also reached the championship matches before falling.
