The Tewksbury/Methuen girls hockey team clinched the Merrimack Valley Conference/Dual County League title on Wednesday with a 4-1 victory over Shrewsbury. Sammy Ryan, Sophia Barbosa, Sarah Marano and Ella Duffy scored for the Red Rangers, who improved to 16-0-2 on the season. Goaltender Lydia Barnes was strong in net again for Tewksbury/Methuen.
