The Lowell High girls basketball team defeated Merrimack Valley Conference rival North Andover 47-32 on Tuesday night, improving their record to 13-1. Deb Kisekka led the Red Raiders with 18 points, while Mikaela Da Conceicao added 10 points and Quinn McDonald contributed 7 points. In other action, Billerica held off Dracut 50-44, and Central Catholic came from behind to beat Chelmsford 48-46.
