A 35-year-old resident of Randolph who was arrested as an alleged affiliate of the Harvard Street Gang.
Keanu Fernandes, a.k.a. 'Keys'
A 29-year-old resident of Brockton who was arrested as an alleged affiliate of the Harvard Street Gang.
