The Shreveport Public Assembly and Recreation (SPAR) department is organizing a city-wide pre-Easter celebration with a variety of free activities and events for families across multiple community centers in Shreveport, Louisiana. The celebration will take place over two days, March 27-28, with additional programming on April 2 for individuals with disabilities.
