Disney Parks has confirmed the permanent closure of the popular DinoLand USA attraction at Animal Kingdom in Orlando, Florida. The 28-year-old dinosaur-themed area, which included the DINOSAUR ride (formerly known as Countdown to Extinction), will be replaced by a new attraction called Puebolo Esperanza featuring Indiana Jones and Encanto-themed experiences set to open in 2027.
