The crash happened around 7:30 pm near the intersection of Highway 44 and Watergate Drive, between Shepherdsville and Mt. Washington. A juvenile driver in a Toyota Tacoma crossed the center line and struck the victim's Ford Escape head-on, causing the Ford to travel down an embankment and flip onto its roof.
